ACEL Cebu Chapter President
Mr. Selma is the COO of Anseca Development Corporation, the youngest ever to hold this position to date. Anseca is a Cebu-based company that is primarily engaged in earthmoving and allied activities. Founded in 1983, it has, over the years, expanded its service offerings that now include mine engineering, pit planning and design, quarrying and equipment leasing. It is one of the pioneering members of ACEL – Cebu Chapter and has been an active member of this dynamic group since its establishment in 1988. Mr. Selma is the incumbent President of this Chapter, a position he has been holding for three consecutive years now. Prior to his appointment as Chapter President, he served as an ACEL Director from 2012 to 2016. He is also a director of the Philippine Nickel Industry Association (PNIA), a non-stock non-profit organization that aims to promote and develop the country’s nickel mining industry.
