Continued to OHSAS 18001:2007
The continued certification of your occupational health and safety management system (OHSMS) to OHSAS 18001:2007 is hereby approved by Certification International Philippines, Inc. This reconfirmation was based on the results of the second serveillance audit of your OHSMS on 8-10 January 2018 and the improvement actions on the six non-conformities that were raised at that audit. The effective implementation of the improvement actions on reports Team-01-S2 from January 2018 and MPC-01 and MPC-04 from November 2016 will be verified on the third surveillance/reassessment audit.
We encourage your management team to consider the opportunities for improvements that were discussed during the audit. Moreover, we urge stricter controls over your OHSMS processes so that these will prove meaningful to your organization’s business performance. Subsequent audits will track the progress and results of these improvement actions.
